• All sales are considered final and non-refundable unless merchandise is found to be damaged upon arrival due to seller error.

 

Return Policy for Damaged Merchandise

 

• If your merchandise arrives damaged due to the seller, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving the item.

• To initiate a return for damaged merchandise:

1. Contact our support team with proof of damage (photos or video) within the 7-day window.

2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

 

Processing Time for Returns

 

• Once the return is approved, processing may take 7-20 business days depending on the volume of returns and orders at the time.

 

Pre-Sale Orders

 

• All pre-sale orders are FINAL SALE and non-refundable under any circumstances.
